# SpicyChat AI review: all you can eat, no coin meter

**SpicyChat AI scored 7.5/10** in our October 2026 test. Best for: Lots of characters, long roleplay, and a bill that doesn’t move. Skip if: You want video, or one companion that feels like a person.

SpicyChat is a huge library of user-made characters with a chat window that never asks for coins. We paid $19.95 for a month of True Supporter: unlimited messages, unlimited in-chat pictures, explicit text and nude pictures once you flip its image NSFW switch, and a two-screen cancellation with no bribe. The writing is long and earnest; the jokes don’t land.

## Scores

- **talk**: 7/10 — Remembered the cat and the allergy and said no to poker. The joke was a setup with no punchline, and every reply reads like chapter one of a novel.
- **create**: 7/10 — One long form: name, greeting, personality, 90 tags, lorebooks. No visual builder, but the avatar generator is free.
- **free**: 8/10 — 46 messages and no cap. The catch is memory: a “Context Limit Reached” notice ten messages in, and no pictures in chat.

- Not for anyone who wants video, or a single polished companion instead of a character library.

## What you see

- SpicyChat opens on a wall of characters made by its users, sorted by tags. We picked Jasmine (@roror_), 42, and started a new chat on the default model (26B, 32K context) with 8K of chat memory.
- On True Supporter there was no balance anywhere: no coins, no message counter. Six messages in, we had not seen a single prompt to pay more, only a Subscribe link in the sidebar.
- She remembered the cat and the allergy, and told us not to quit a job for poker. Asked for a joke, she said “Why did the woman cross the road?” and then waited for us. No punchline came.
- Asking for a selfie got a paragraph about her blushing and holding up her phone, but no picture. The picture button next to the message box made one: an anime-style woman on a sofa holding up her phone, matching what she had just said. It cost nothing extra.
- For the content test we made our own private character, a 28-year-old office worker. Explicit text came as soon as we asked. Pictures stay clothed until you switch on NSFW Mode in the image settings (it was off by default); with it on, the picture button made a lingerie picture and then a fully nude one, at no extra cost. There is no video feature.
- On 21 October we opened a free account with a second Google login. The free plan never stopped us: 46 messages in one chat and no cap, counter or cooldown. What it limits is memory. Ten messages in, a notice said “Context Limit Reached / The AI’s active context is full. Some earlier messages won’t be considered” and offered 4x longer conversations for money. Free accounts get 4K of memory against 8K on True Supporter, and only the default model.
- On the free plan the selfie request got a paragraph and no picture, and the picture button opened “Ready to see pics of me? … Available on the True Supporter or Im All In plans”. The character creator is fully free, including its avatar generator: we made a character, picture and all, without paying.

Very discreet on its own. NDAI.CC means nothing to someone who has not seen it before.

## What we verified

- True Supporter at $19.95 a month, the plan table and the card statement (screenshots, 20 October 2026).
- The six-message chat test and the free in-chat picture: chat log, and every reply re-captured from the chat history on 21 October 2026.
- Content test on a private 28-year-old character: explicit text on request, the NSFW image switch off by default, nude pictures with it on, no video (screenshots checked by a second reviewer).
- Free plan, 21 October 2026: 46 messages with no cap, the “Context Limit Reached” notice after ten, the paywalled picture button, and a free character with a free avatar (screenshots, checked by a second reviewer).
- Cancellation: two screens, no discount or coin offer; after reloading, the plan read “Cancelled · Access ends 2026年11月20日” (our account showed dates in Chinese).

## What we could not test

- The $5.95 and $29.95 tiers.
- Memory across days. We tested one conversation.
- The Android app.

## Pros

- No coins, no counters: on True Supporter we never saw a meter.
- Pictures in the chat are included, and the selfie matched the scene.
- The free plan doesn’t cap messages, and making a character, avatar included, is free.
- Cancelling took two screens and offered nothing to make us stay.
- The charge shows as “NDAI.CC”, which tells a nosy reader nothing.

## Cons

- The joke had no punchline. The replies are long, earnest and a bit samey.
- Asking for a selfie gets a description; you have to press the picture button yourself.
- No video at all, and no pictures in chat on the free plan.
- Free accounts forget fast: the memory notice turned up ten messages in.
- The characters are user-made, so quality swings from one to the next.

## Our take

SpicyChat feels less like a girlfriend app and more like a roleplay library with a very generous all-you-can-eat plan. Once you pay $19.95 there is nothing left to buy: no coins, no counters, pictures included. After the coin meters at Candy and Ourdream that’s a relief.

The chat is good at the basics. Jasmine got the cat and the allergy right and talked us out of poker. She also writes like every reply is the opening of a novel, and when we asked for a joke she told the setup and then just looked at us. We are still waiting.

The selfie is a nice touch once you find it: ask for one and you get a paragraph, press the picture button and you get a picture that matches the paragraph. No other app in this batch matched the scene.

Who it’s for: people who want to try lots of characters and stop worrying about the bill. Who should skip it: anyone who wants video, or one companion who feels like a person rather than a character card.

## Questions people ask

**What AI model does SpicyChat use?**

Its server names the model in every reply. On 21 October 2026 the default answered as SpicyChat’s own 26B model (NextDayAI/G4-26B-A4B-Zeta-int4); paid plans add models such as Qwen3 235B and the Lyra 12B roleplay fine-tune, and the top plan lists DeepSeek V4 Pro, Kimi K2 and Glam 5.1. **Does SpicyChat allow NSFW content?**

Yes. On True Supporter in our 20 October 2026 test, text went explicit as soon as we asked. Pictures stay clothed until you turn on NSFW Mode in the conversation image settings; with it on we got nude pictures at no extra cost. We didn’t meet an age check, but the account was already signed in.

**Is SpicyChat free?**

Yes, and generously. On a free account on 21 October 2026 we sent 46 messages without hitting a cap. The limits are memory (4K, with a “Context Limit Reached” notice after about ten messages), the default model only, and no pictures in chat. Making characters, avatar picture included, was free.

**How much does SpicyChat cost?**

On 20 October 2026 the plans page showed Get a Taste at $5.95 a month, True Supporter at $19.95 and I’m All In at $29.95, plus tax. We paid for True Supporter. Check the official page before you pay.

**What shows up on my bank statement?**

“NDAI.CC”, for $19.95. It doesn’t mention SpicyChat.

**Does SpicyChat make videos?**

No. We looked on the picture, in the chat menus and in the plan table and found no video feature.

**How do I cancel SpicyChat?**

Profile, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel membership and Confirm cancellation. Two screens, no reason asked and no discount offered. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
